My experience with SwissWatchExpo was great. I found the watch I've always loved the Cartier Ballon Bleu 28mm two tone at SwissWatch. The pictures, description and details provided on the site were accurate and true to what was shown. I scheduled a Virtual Appt with Rowan "Ro" and the process was easy. From scheduling to being able to see the watch. Ro was great! He was friendly, engaging and helpful. At the end of our appointment I ordered my timepiece. I received sooner than expected and took it to Cartier for authentication. Happy to say the Cartier confirmed authenticity. I absolutely love my watch and very happy with my purchase.

Service was top shelf. I called and spoke with Jason. He was very helpful about the time piece I was looking for. He took the time to answer every question I had. He also set up a zoom call so I could see the the store and the watches' I was looking at. He went over the differences and made the decision easy for me. For safety I had to try Jomashop just to compare them to at least one competitor. I spoke to a woman who was short and cold with me over the phone from the greeting. She was rushing the entire conversation, and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Anyways after asking multiple times, she finally said OK I'll email you some pictures of the watch. Imagine the worst fuzzy picture you could take.... that's what I got. This coupled with poor customer service I knew I wasn't giving that place my business This made my decision easy. I called Jason back and SWE and said let's make it happen. Thanks, Swiss Watch Expo for having good humans like Jason communicating with serious watch buyers. I love my Pepsi GMT II.

The watch was exactly as pictured and came with the Omega box and documents as stated and shown. The buying process was simple and smooth. I definitely recommend!

Purchased two beautiful vintage watches for myself and my wife at SWE’s online store and couldn’t be happier. The sales staff promptly setup a FaceTime session so that I’d have the ability to review the condition of the watches, and I was even given a tour of the showroom. In two days the watches were delivered as promised. My experience was a 10 out of 10.

Anytime you spend this kind of money over the internet…it’s a bit of an anxious moment. However, Jason FaceTimed me and made me feel much better. Received my Rolex Day-Date today exactly as depicted on the SWE website and as discussed with Vlad before purchasing. Throughout the process I found SWE to be very responsive and detailed in providing me instructions and status of purchase and delivery. I traded in a 2017 Rolex Datejust and received the same offer as I got from a local authorized Rolex dealer. This Day-Date was described as "Mint" condition and I concur. Extremely satisfied with my first experience with SWE.

I have wanted an Omega constellation watch for over 30+ years! ( ever since Cindy Crawford used to advertise for them) and the one I desired was discontinued by Omega years ago so the only way to purchase it was second hand used. I heard about Swiss Watch Expo through an Omega dealer and she told me that it is a reputable website to buy watches from and so after visiting the website multiple times and seeing that the watch I wanted was there and then gone and I would have to wait several months for the one I wanted to appear again, I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy it. My husband was skeptical about spending so much money on a website but all doubts disappeared when the watch arrived exactly in time like they said it would!! I guess the original owner of the watch didn’t have the original box anymore but SWE put it in a beautiful box and it was packaged very well so it would not get damaged. We had to sign for it via UPS when it was delivered as well. The watch looks BRAND NEW!!!! You would never know it was used because it was in beautiful shape- polished to perfection and it was everything I dreamed it would be! I am so happy with my purchase and highly recommend this website if you are considering buying a watch from them. You won’t be disappointed !
