As anyone would be, I was very concerned about purchasing a luxury timepiece online. Jenny eased ever concern through video chat and tour. She answered every question and made me feel totally comfortable. After the timepiece arrived I took it to an Authorized Dealer who inspected and said I "got a great piece". Would definitely buy again!

Frankly I was a little hesitant buying a preowned watch online with the price tag of Presidential Rolex but honestly, it could not have gone better. The sales team responded with a video call at my scheduled time and went through the three options I had selected on their site and the photos are obviously under perfect lighting but on the video chat they were perfect. They were upfront on any perfections and I ended up choosing the one that was in “Mint” condition and when it arrived it was truly in MINT condition. It looked brand new for half the price. I had a link removed by the local Rolex retailer and he was amazed as well. All of the info checked out and I would definitely purchase again. Swiss Watch Expo is LEGIT!

I had a beautiful experience dealing with SWE. I traded a gold 40mm Rolex Day Date for 2 watches. The evaluation they gave me for my watch was super fair and I also compared it with several other shops. The watches I liked to trade with ar rived safely the following day. They were exactly in the same conditions of the pictures, they also included appraisals for both watches free of charge, that made my insurance process much easier. I typically pay $100 for an appraisal for a watch at my local watch shop. I will definitely do more business with them. Michael was super nice and helpful and made the transition going very smoothly. I'm very happy with this purchase, the watch condition is MINT and it's exactly what I was looking. It's almost perfect except that the bracelet is not standard length(still fit my wrist), I suppose the previous owner shorten it and lost the links in the process. Because of the price, it deserves a 5 star rating!!
